Corey is a great technician. I’ve had problems with my second-floor heat for over five years. I’ve had several plumbers come to my house over the years to try and fix my problem. Corey was able to fix my problem within 15 minutes. It’s ended up being something very simple. Rapid has a customer for life!!!

Cory and his guys are TERRIFIC. Had a whole-house humidifier installed and a new hot water heater. Cory was always on time and unbelievably courteous. The prices were very fair, considering the amount of communication that they had with me. Rapid followed up with me a month later and came back out to adjust and enhance the system. I would recommend them to anyone…. I finally felt like I was not being taken advantage of by a contractor. A+

I’ve had a number of jobs performed by Rapid Heating and Cooling over the years. It’s hard to find a reliable, competent, and affordable HVAC service, but I know I can always count on rapid heating and cooling. This weekend, my central ac condenser fan stopped working during a 90+ degree heat wave and Corey was able to stop by the same day and fix the problem. He also came back the next day to check on my ac filters and temp. On his way out he noticed a mild gas smell from my basement and recommend I call the gas company. Turned out I did have a gas leak, so he was a real lifesaver, literally.

Then I gave him a much bigger job, outfitting my home with ductless Air Conditioning. He installed a quality brand with a great warranty in every room in the house. He brought in a professional crew who did the entire job in one day. I’ve been using the units for three months with no problems. Everything looks great. The units are very energy efficient and do an outstanding job cooling the house. My electric bill went up very little. I couldn’t be happier with his work. I highly recommend his business.
